All adults must wear a WAB ID badge or register as a guest at one of the guardhouses and wear a WAB Visitor badge while on campus.
Entrance to campus is via one of the three main gates.
ESMS students must be supervised if arriving on campus before 8:00am and after 3:30pm if not in a scheduled after school activity (ASA).
HS students do not need to be supervised while on campus.
Individual or Group Meetings: parents/guests will be invited and registered at the guardhouse by the teacher/employee.
School Events: parents will be sent an invitation and asked to pre-register.
Parents, grandparents, ayis and drivers are asked to drop off and pick-up students in the designated spaces outside of the school buildings.
Community Centre Time (6:00pm to 9:00pm weekdays; 8:00am to 9:00pm weekends)
WAB ID card holders are welcome to enter campus.
WAB ID card holder’s guests must register with photo identification at the guardhouse.

Food deliveries are not allowed to campus.
Tiger Field, outdoor playgrounds, HUB gymnasium and Adrenalin Fitness Centre can be used on a drop-in basis. If other community members are waiting to use facilities, we ask everyone to limit their time to one hour. *Priority is always given to scheduled student activities.
ES gymnasium, HS gymnasium, ES Atrium, ES Lotus Lounge and HUB Link require booking to utilize these spaces. *Priority is always given to scheduled student activities.
Tennis courts can be booked or used on a drop-in basis. *However, bookings always take precedent.
Community swimming times will be published by the Aquatics Department.
