Years you have studied at WAB,?
2005-2007
What brought your family to WAB/Beijing?
I moved to Beijing with my brother Ken Zheng to attend an international school and study martial arts (Wushu).
Where are you located now?
Los Angeles, USA.
What are you doing now?
I'm a producer and director. I graduated as part of WAB's first graduating class in 2007. Afterward, I pursued a degree in Economics for my bachelor's and later earned my Master's in Film Production at the University of Southern California (USC).
What's your fondest memory of WAB?
For me, the best part of WAB is the people. It feels like wherever I go in the world, I can always connect with someone from WAB. The teachers are also incredibly genuine and caring. I still stay in touch with many of them and even meet them in person whenever we find ourselves in the same city.
Please share a story on how you are still making a difference today.
I work as a producer and director, creating films, commercials, and documentaries. Most recently, I’ve been the U.S. producer for several K-pop music videos for artists like Seventeen, IVE, Taeyang, and Aespa. A few of these projects were even partially filmed at our studio which I run with my brother, Ken Zheng, who is also a proud WAB alumnus.
