WAB’s Class of 2025 Celebrates 230+ University Offers?
As our seniors completed their final day of classes, we take this moment to recognize the achievements and diverse journeys of the Class of 2025.
With over 230 university offers from around the world, our graduates are heading into fields ranging from health sciences and literature to communications and marine biology. These acceptances span Ivy League campuses, renowned liberal arts colleges, and leading research universities, reflecting not only their individual accomplishments but also the wide range of interests and aspirations nurtured throughout their time at WAB.
Admitted to Brown University, Eloise shared that she will be concentrating on Human and Health Sciences. "WAB has helped me so much throughout my Middle and High school journey. Every part of WAB is so encouraging: the supportive environment (and people in it!) has allowed me to explore many interests, from music to student government, theatre to debate, and so much more", she expressed, "WAB has allowed me to shape interests that I will carry into college and the rest of my life."
Faye, preparing to double-major in Literature and Philosophy at Smith College, highlighted how WAB's rigorous coursework and passionate teachers fueled her intellectual curiosity. Her engagement with Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and the Philosophy Club, along with encouragement along the way from librarians and English teachers, helped deepen her love for reading and critical thinking, skills essential for her future law studies, "Having been at WAB since elementary school, I first developed my love for reading in the Sabrina Brady Library, under the watchful eyes of kind librarians. I am also inspired by my Grade 9 and IBDP English teachers, who pushed me out of my comfort zone," she said.
Roger will study Public Relations and Advertising at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism. His choice is driven by an interdisciplinary interest in psychology, economics, communications, and marketing, cultivated through his IB Diploma Programme Higher Level courses in economics and psychology.
These are just a few of the many stories that make up the Class of 2025, graduates who are following their interests, challenging themselves, and making choices that reflect their values and goals. At WAB, our role is to support students in developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need, not just for university, but for a future that demands adaptability, ethical leadership, and a deep understanding of an ever-changing world.
