Middle School Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences (PSTCs) will be held on the evening of Thursday, February 20 and during Friday February 21.
?
Please note that there are no after-school activities for students on February 20 and no regular school for students on February 21 because students are expected to join conferences together with parents. In order to increase the amount of available time slots for all parents, each conference this year is 8 minutes long and as usual, families are only meeting with the same teacher once regardless of how many classes the students have with the same teacher.?
Please make sure to check Semester 1 reports in PowerSchool or WAB Mobile Connect before conferences.?

The PickAtime booking system is used for families to schedule PSTCs. The PickAtime scheduling system will be open for all MS families on February 11 at noon and will close on February 18 at noon. ?

Campus Access
- Location: MS Gym - All families should access the campus through the West Gate.

Only current parents with a WAB ID can access campus.
- Please register in advance using PickAtime
At the Conferences

The conference times are very precise, so please be sure you are punctual and arrive before your first booking.
MS Library is open to families during conferences. There will be information sessions in the library to help families learn about the resources and online systems.?

Signing up for your Conference:?

You will need to use your WAB Single-Sign-On (SSO) account to access the PickAtime system.

To access your PickAtime account through the single-sign-on system, simply open your MyApps portal?and look for the PickAtime logo for the MS.

If you have not yet completed your SSO registration, click here?for instructions.
If you have changed your email address in PowerSchool to set up your single-sign-on, you will need to add your children again in PickAtime. Apologies for any inconvenience. Take special care to add your child to the correct school section app. (Ex. if Joe is your child in the MS, add Joe to the MS PickAtime app. If you have another child in the ES, add that child to the ES PickAtime app.)

You will need your child's student number to complete this step. Student numbers can be found on your child's SmartCard or in PowerSchool. If the system asks for your child's birthdate, please enter it as MM/DD/YYYY.
