Dear High School parents,

The High School Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences (PSTCs) will be held on Thursday, March 6,?from 3:40pm-7:30pm, and on Friday, March 7, from 8:10am-4:30pm. Please note that there is no school for students on Friday, March 7.
The PickAtime booking system used to schedule PSTCs will open for HS families on:
Wednesday, February 26, at 12:00pm, and will close at 9:00am on Wednesday, March 5.

Special Note: the online scheduler was accidentally set to open on Tuesday, February 25, and some conference bookings were made before this was noticed. Those bookings have been removed from the system, so all parents will need to sign up after 12.00pm on February 26. Our apologies for any inconvenience/confusion this might have caused.
All families are strongly encouraged to sign up for conferences with some or all of their child's class teachers. Students may accompany their parents and participate in these important conversations. In fact, teachers will be expecting students to attend.?
Campus Access:
- Conferences will be held in the High School Gym.
- Adults must wear their WAB ID.
At the Conferences:
- The conference times need to be very precise, so please be sure you are punctual. Please arrive 10 minutes before your first booking.

If you need a translator, your child will need to help with this.
- Please sign up in advance using PickAtime.
Using PickATime:

To access your PickAtime account through the single-sign-on system, simply open your? MyApps portal and look for the PickAtime logo for the HS. ?For visual instructions on adding your child and booking a time, please see this guide here.

If you have changed your email address in PowerSchool to set up your single-sign-on you will need to add your children again in PickAtime. Apologies for any inconvenience. Take special care to add your child to the correct school section app. (Ex. if Joe is your child in the HS, add Joe to the HS PickAtime app. If you have another child in the MS, add that child to the MS PickAtime app.) You will need your child's student number to complete this step. Student numbers can be found on your child's SmartCard or in PowerSchool. If the system asks for your child's birthdate, please enter it as MM/DD/YYYY.
