Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the recent Community Felt Experience Indicator survey. We appreciate your insights as we work together to continuously enhance the WAB experience.

At WAB, we are committed to understanding the lived experiences of our students, parents, and employees. This year, we were excited to receive an unprecedented level of engagement, with 1,458 survey responses, including:
- 77% of students from Grades 5-12
- 45% of all parents
- 98% of all employees
This level of participation provides us with valuable insights that will help shape our ongoing efforts to support joyful, challenging learning and foster a strong sense of belonging across our community.

Initial results have been shared with the school leadership team, and over the coming weeks, we will be reviewing key insights to identify strengths and areas where we can grow.
Join a Conversation with the School Leadership

As part of this process, we invite you to join us for a conversation with the school leadership on Thursday, April 17, from 4:30 - 6:00 PM in the Lotus Lounge. This session will be an opportunity to explore the results together, discuss key themes, and engage in a meaningful dialogue about the WAB experience.
