Sign-ups are now open for the third season of Elementary School After-School Activities (ASAs).
??
ASAs for Elementary students will begin on Monday, April 7 and will?finish on Thursday, May 29.?
??
Students in Senior Grade 1 to Grade 5 can take part in ASAs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have reserved Mondays for activities more suited for students in Grades 2 to 5.?
After School Activities Sign Up through Schools Buddy
?
To sign up for ASAs we use an app called Schools Buddy. This app can be accessed through your WAB Single Sign on. When you open the Schools Buddy app, please click the "Parents" button to log in. If you need help with your Single Sign on, please visit this tutorial page or contact our IT Help desk.?

SchoolsBuddy sign-up is step 1 of the process. As you continue your registration, please choose three preferences for each of the days you would like your child to do an ASA. To only select one ASA on your preferred days limits your child's chance of being allocated an activity. The system will then go through an auto-allocation process to assign students to each activity, and you will then receive paper confirmation of your child's Season 3 ASA activities prior to Spring Break.

ES Year-long ASA
If your child is enrolled in a year-long ASA, you will note this has been pre-selected in Schools Buddy. If you feel an error has been made, please reach out before the sign-up period closes, so the system can be adjusted. The ES Musical is not considered a year-long ASA and will conclude prior to the Spring break.?
Please note that in the ES, allocation of ASAs is not based on the speed at which a parent signs up. Every effort is made to accommodate preferences; however, first preferences and days are not guaranteed. In the rare case that all of your child's preferences are unavailable, their ASA slip will show a blank for that day. If your child would still like to take an ASA that day, please email me and I can let you know what ASA's are still available that your child may be interested in. It is recommended that students new to WAB take some time to settle in before joining the ASA program. Sign-up will close on Wednesday, March 5 at 8:00pm Beijing time.
