| Class of 2014 Ten Year Reunion Rep: Annabel Ye |
Annabel chose Art as an IB subject at WAB, steering her to art and design. She studied Interior Architecture at RISD, focusing on adaptive reuse and sustainability.
Influenced by WAB’s ethos, Annabel envisioned transforming spaces, preserving history yet avoiding excess. She aimed to contribute to sustainability and social responsibility.
Annabel now manages high-end healthcare clinics in China, focusing on health management and preventive care, an underserved area.
Though a major change, her WAB education guided her. WAB’s mission inspires her to challenge norms, connect across fields and make a difference. Her ability to adapt skills to new initiatives in varying disciplines enabled her career transition. |

Farewell and Thank You Laura and Melanie
|
I will remember the WAB 'gong he' spirit and the opportunities to try new things, learn, and grow. And I remember the WAB mission - to connect, inspire, challenge, make a difference - especially since I had to sing it many times over the years! |
To me, WAB has always been a place where we can be exactly who we are and feel welcome. When times are hard, people take care of each other. WAB also gives us permission to have fun. The hallways here have always been filled with laughter, from the first time I visited through my 10 years here - and love to laugh. WAB has also been a place which has supported my growth, both as a leader and as a person. I've learned so much here. As a parent, I have been thankful for all of the teachers who inspired Zoe to find her passions and continue to explore widely.
